All about the u3a.

Overton u3a was initially set up in May 2008. We have over 200 members and 30 groups, covering a wide range of activities that meet at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals. u3a is a national movement that welcomes members from all walks of life, it was set up for people in the community who are not in full time employment but can be of any age.
We welcome new members to our u3a and meet on the third Wednesday of each month at 10.00am from September to June at St Mary's Hall, High Street, Overton. Meetings include a brief update by the chair, a talk from a guest speaker lasting 45-60 minutes with an opportunity for questions, followed by refreshments and a chance to socialise with other members.

Non-member guests are welcome to attend the meetings for a small admission fee.
